If the package is lost, it allows NPC Patch Designs the ability to file a claim and find the package in the Postal system.

All returns or cancelled orders that are seeking a refund will be subject to a non-negotiable and non-refundable 15% restocking fee. Any declined payment will be charged the cancellation/restocking fee if unsuccessful (15% of the purchase price). This will be billed to you via PayPal. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days, NPC reserves the right to seek legal action against you.

Product pricing is subject to change based on the market, supplies, materials, fees, shipping, etc. We try to include taxes within the United States included in the cost of the product.
